Do you allow pets?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community! We welcome pets at our property so your furry friends can enjoy living here too. Please note that certain breed and weight restrictions may apply, and there is typically a pet deposit and/or monthly pet fee.

Is parking included?
Parking is not automatically included in your lease, but it can be added as an optional amenity. We offer two parking options in our parking deck:

General Parking: $85/month
- A guaranteed parking space in our parking deck, but it is not assigned to a specific spot.

Reserved Parking: $110/month
- A guaranteed parking space in our parking deck that is designated and assigned specifically to you.

Are short-term leases available?
We do not offer short-term leases at our property, as all our leases are for a 12-month term. However, lease takeovers may be an option for those seeking a shorter-term arrangement. A lease takeover allows you to assume the remaining term of another resident's lease if one becomes available.

How close are you to campus?
Union on Frank is conveniently located very close to campus, directly behind The Strip. We’re just a quick 5-10 minute walk to most classes, making it easy for you to get to campus without the hassle of a long commute.
Our prime location offers the perfect balance of proximity to campus and access to The Strip’s restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. If you’d like more details about our location or a tour of the property, feel free to reach out to our leasing office!
How are roommates matched?
We offer roommate matching through RoomSync, a specialized platform that helps pair individuals based on compatible preferences and lifestyle choices. RoomSync uses a detailed questionnaire to assess key factors such as sleeping habits, study schedules, cleanliness, social preferences, and personal interests. This allows us to match you with a roommate who shares similar habits and values, ensuring a positive living experience.
When is move-in day?
Move-in day for our student housing community is scheduled for August 17, 2025. Additional details, including check-in times and any required documentation, will be shared closer to the date. We're excited to welcome you and help make your move-in experience smooth and enjoyable! If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact our office.
How can I renew my lease?
Renewing your lease is easy! Our renewal season for the following year typically begins around September or October. During this time, you’ll receive a renewal offer via email or through your resident portal.
To renew:
- Review the renewal offer when it’s sent to you.
- Accept the offer if you wish to stay with us.
- Once you accept, we’ll send you the renewal lease to sign.
After all required documents are signed, your renewal will be officially approved. If you have any questions during the process, feel free to reach out to our leasing office for assistance!
What utilities are included?
Your rent includes internet and trash services, so you won’t need to worry about arranging those separately. However, electricity and water are not included in your rent, they are billed through a third-party company called Conservice. You do not have to worry about setting up utilities separately because we already have that covered for you. The electricity and water is billed 100% to the resident, and if it happens to be a shared space, then the bill is split equally by the number of occupants in the unit. In our 1x1, 2x2, and 4x4 units, we provide the following furniture pieces:
